PURPOSEFUL DESIGN
We work with you to articulate the purpose and aims of your meeting or workshop, to understand the organisational context, as well as the needs of participants. We then design a framework for the event using well-researched principles of engagement, social technologies, meeting design and capture. We will discuss and refine the proposed framework and identify any needed pre-work before finalising the workshop / meeting design plan.
MEANINGFUL PARTICIPATION
Most opportunities and problems today are complex and dynamic. No one person has all the answers, yet each individual has a part of the story. We need to become learners & listeners more than just ‘knowers’ so we can get an appreciation of the whole picture – the system in question - before diving into detailed problem-solving or action. To do this requires thorough participation, collaboration, good questions and open listening.
